Collaboration rooms: work a bid with your team from first look to submission

A bid is never one person's job. Someone chases the certs, someone drafts the past performance, someone checks the deadline math, and a counselor or teammate reviews the whole thing before it ships. BidMast's collaboration rooms give that group one private place to work a bid from first look to submission.

A workspace built around the bid

Each room has five tabs, and each one maps to how bids actually get won:

• Milestones — the submission plan: title, optional due date, and an open/done status per step.
• Directives & goals — the decisions and marching orders that keep everyone pointed the same way.
• Documents — shared files for the bid, uploaded straight into the room (same 25 MB limit as the profile library).
• Activity — the room's log: who did what, when, so nothing happens silently.
• Chat — quick messages that stay with the bid instead of dying in a text thread.

And rooms are private. The site says it plainly: rooms are private — only members can see a room or anything inside it, and invites go only to the emails you enter.

Chat that crosses languages

The person who can win you the bid may not share your language. Each room has a translation language set in the room header, chosen from five: Español · Tiếng Việt · 中文 · 한국어 · العربية. Once it's set, chat messages, directives, and activity items each get a Translate / Original toggle — tap Translate to read the message in the room's language, tap Original to switch back.

One honest note: the picker covers written languages. Spanish is the same written language for a contractor in Cuba as for one in Mexico, and Chinese (rendered in Simplified characters) is the same written language for a Cantonese speaker as for a Mandarin speaker. There is no separate written "Cuban" or "Cantonese" for the translation service — so the five choices are what you get, and they cover a lot of ground.

Invites that work before someone has an account

You can invite up to 20 people at once by email. Someone who already has an account joins right away. Someone who doesn't gets an email with a one-time link — they create a free account, and the invite token is applied automatically, dropping them straight into the room. No account-existence guessing, no dead ends: the link either works once or tells them it's invalid.
