Terms of Use

BidMast is a tool for small government contractors. It watches federal and state procurement portals for contract opportunities — including small-business set-asides — and matches them against your contractor profile (NAICS codes, certifications, bond capacity). It also drafts proposal documents for you, assembled from your own material and the opportunity details.

Opportunity data comes from several sources. Some are demo or sample records and are labeled as such; others are live feeds, including SAM.gov solicitations and USAspending.gov market data. State and local portals have no public API, so BidMast links out to a verified directory of them instead. Every source is labeled honestly on the site.

You own everything you put into the Service: your profile data, your past proposals, your uploads, and anything you draft or save. BidMast doesn't claim ownership of your content. You give BidMast permission to store, process, and display your content solely to run the Service for you — for example, to assemble a draft or send the proposal bundle you request.

When BidMast drafts a proposal, the draft is assembled from your own material and the opportunity details. Nothing is ever submitted to a government portal automatically, and no proposal is sent anywhere without your review and approval. You are the one who sends or submits anything; the Service only emails a proposal bundle to an address you provide, on paid plans, when you ask it to.

We work hard to keep opportunity data accurate, but we can't guarantee that every opportunity is listed, that every listing is complete or current, or that you'll win any contract. Government portals and solicitations change. Always verify solicitation details on the originating portal before you bid.

The Service has three plans: Free ($0/month), Pro ($49/month), and Plus ($99/month). Free includes live matched opportunities, saved searches, and community access, with no proposal drafts. Pro includes five proposal bundles per calendar month and email delivery; Plus includes unlimited proposals, daily set-aside alerts, expanded filters, priority, and PDF export. Payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout — BidMast never sees or stores your card details. We may add, remove, or change plan features over time; changes will be posted here and on the site.

You must have the authority to upload and submit what you put into the Service — your own proposals, your company's documents, and information about your business. You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for anything you submit. You agree not to use the Service for anything unlawful and not to attempt to disrupt it or access another user's data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — including no warranty of accuracy or completeness of opportunity data, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, BidMast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost contract opportunities — arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account and have your data removed, email us (see Section 11) and we'll do it. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or if we're required to do so by law. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; contact us with billing questions.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
