My Bids: a tracker that shows what you missed, not just what you won

A contractor who doesn't track bids learns the same lesson twice: the set-aside you meant to bid closed three weeks ago, and you never even noticed. The My Bids tracker (included on Pro and Plus) turns that blind spot into a number you see every time you open the page.

Log the bid, move it through real statuses

From any opportunity card on the wall, hit Log bid and the opportunity lands in your tracker as Pending — no re-typing of solicitation numbers or deadlines. From there you move it yourself through the five statuses: Pending · Under review · Won · Lost · Retired. There is no "Closed" status — Retired covers withdrawn or abandoned — and outcomes are always yours to record. The site never auto-detects an award; it says so on the page.

One ⭐ that keeps your best shots in front of you

Each bid has a single priority star. Star a bid and the tracker automatically flags that bid's closest-fit opportunities on the wall — matched on NAICS, set-aside, agency, and title keywords — so they get a "Priority — matches your starred bid" badge and sort to the top of the list. Unstar the bid and only the cards it flagged are released; your manual stars and other bids' stars are untouched. One star, one pipeline, no clutter.

Missed: the section that tells the truth

Below your bids sits Missed — auto-computed, never manual. The tracker compares the live opportunity wall against your profile and your bid records, and lists every STRONG or GOOD fit whose deadline passed with no bid logged for it. A draft doesn't count; a draft is not a submitted bid. It's the honest answer to "what slipped past me this month?" — and it's not something you can add or remove by hand, because that's exactly what would make it useless.

Fast, optimistic, and gated honestly

Status changes and stars update immediately with a rollback if the server disagrees — no waiting on a spinner to move a bid from Pending to Under review. The tracker is a Pro feature, and the gate is server-enforced: free accounts get a straight answer ("My Bids is a Pro feature") rather than a broken page. On Pro and Plus there's no per-month bid limit — tracking isn't drafting, so it isn't rationed.
